Long-Range 640×512 Thermal Imaging Performance

The QM650 combines a 640×512 uncooled focal plane array detector with a 50mm infrared lens to deliver detailed thermal images for long-distance observation.

Its VOx vanadium oxide detector operates across the 8–14μm spectral range and features a 12μm pixel pitch. With a NETD of less than 25mK under the specified test conditions, the QM650 is designed to provide sensitive thermal imaging performance and help reveal temperature differences between targets and their surroundings.

50mm Long-Focal-Length Thermal Imaging Lens

The integrated 50mm focal-length lens provides an 8.8° × 7° field of view, making the QM650 suitable for applications where long-distance observation and target recognition are more important than a wide viewing angle.

According to the supplied specifications, the system provides:
